Le Prince, a Saumur Champigny wine for your convivial meals

A red wine from old vines with its ruby colour and finely spiced red and black fruit aromas, very typical of Cabernet Franc, Le Prince represents everything you would expect from an organic Saumur Champigny.

Vinified and matured for one year in stainless steel vats, it shows a nice balance between a pleasant freshness and a velvety taste with a fine and silky tannin.

Gourmet, charming and structured, it is suitable for many occasions, from an impromptu aperitif to a Sunday meal.

Perfect with red meat or grilled poultry, a shepherd’s pie, a roast pork roulade or even salmon with lentils, it is also perfect with a platter of cold meats and cheeses, or even a strawberry or red fruit dessert…

In short, it will accompany you throughout your meals with family or friends.

2023 is the fourth year of certified organic Farming of the winery and a very good vintage in the Loire Valley.
