If you are more eager for a taste experience than an explanation of the world of wine, opt for a tasting! In the shop, on the terrace in summer or by the fireplace in winter, we are always happy to share a privileged moment of exchange with you around our passion for the “divine nectar” and let you taste our new vintages.
If you have more time in front of you, and a lot of questions, then you have the choice between several visits.
Reservations are not required but are recommended during the season.

Curious to visit a Val de Loire wine estate? The visit “Sur les Pas de la Jouvencelle” allows you to discover the eco-responsible Rocheville winery and the secrets of the winegrower, from the vinification to the maturing of the wine. It ends with a commented tasting of our vintages accompanied by local gourmet snacks.

« In the footsteps of La Dame »
Lovers of wine and nature will enjoy walking “Sur la Pas de la Dame”. This is a complete tour, from the vine to the bottle, which first takes you to a plot of land on the estate to discover how the vines are worked in organic farming and then to the winery where the guide will tell you about our wine-making and ageing techniques. It concludes, of course, with a tasting of our wines, with nibbles to match.

If the phenomenon of “troglos” intrigues you as much as the mysteries of wine, follow the visit “Sur le Pas du Roi” from the cellar to the vat! It begins underground by exploring the troglodyte cellars dug into the tufa/limestone and continues on the surface, in the cellar, with explanations of the artisanal vinification and maturing of the Rocheville wines/vintages. Conclude in style with a commented tasting of our different PDOs and local specialities in harmony.

« Gourmet stroll in the heart of the Troglos »
To satisfy both your gourmandise and your curiosity, start your journey with our troglodyte restaurant partner for a complete lunch accompanied by two vintages of the Domaine. After your meal, you have a guided visit of the estate with a tour of the winery and cellars dug into the hillside, so typical of the Loire Valley. To end with a beautiful finish, a commented tasting of four “prestige” vintages of Domaine de Rocheville is offered to you, in front of the fireplace or on the terrace overlooking the Parnay valley, depending on the season.

« Electric ride between the vineyards and the Loire »
Discover the vineyards of the Loire Valley while enjoying the thrill of this sporty but well adapted hike. The adventure begins at the Domaine where you are welcomed by our partner and choose an electrically assisted bicycle or an electric all-terrain scooter. Then set off for a 1h30 educational and fun ride in complete safety, accompanied by a qualified sports instructor. Ride through the hilly landscapes and vineyards of the Saumur Champigny AOC, rich in biodiversity, contemplate the picturesque troglodyte habitats, ride along the royal river…
After this physical effort, enjoy a moment of comfort! Back at the Domaine, visit our facilities and conclude your escapade with a tasting of four vintages accompanied by local snacks to match.
