Are you looking for a sparkling white wine with freshness and distinction ? Let yourself be surprised by La Favorite !

Produced in a limited edition, in the pure tradition of the Champagne method, this extra-brut Crémant de Loire (sparkling Loire wine with no added sugar), made of 100% Chenin, offers a fresh and elegant bouquet of white fruits (pear) and white flowers (honeysuckle, acacia).

The grapes are hand-picked and harvested in small openwork boxes in accordance to the PDO. Then the wine ferments in oak barrel and the ageing in barrel lasts 6 months. Finally the bottles are laid on wooden lats for more than 3 years, so that the bubbles are very fine and delicate.

What do you pair with extra Brut Crémant?

It is perfect as an aperitif and at any festive occasion. If you drink it with a starter, pair it with oysters or scallops. Extend the gastronomic pleasures with a dedicated fish or seafood dishes.

It will also mix well with cheeses: Beaufort, Comté, Parmesan, Chaource…
