La Dame 2024 revives the tradition of the finest Saumur Blanc wines from the limestone hillsides of Parnay, in the heart of the Loire Valley.

Aged on fine lees in French oak barrels, this white wine reveals a delicate balance of freshness and roundness. Its generous and silky texture makes it an ideal choice for an elegant aperitif.

Food & wine pairing

  • Starters: pairs beautifully with cheese soufflé, foie gras, or asparagus with mousseline sauce.

  • Main courses: enhances fish in sauce, sushi, or subtly spiced dishes.

  • Cheese: a perfect match for Loire Valley goat cheeses, blue-veined cheeses such as Fourme d’Ambert or Bleu des Causses, and even an aged Comté.
