La Dame, a vintage of pure Chenin, elegant and silky

This white wine revives the tradition of the great Saumur Blanc Wines of the hillside of Parnay.

Aged on fine lees in oak barrels, it will charm you with its roundness and generosity as an aperitif.

With a starter, it will whet your appetite with a cheese soufflé, foie gras or asparagus in mousseline sauce.

With a main course, it will enhance your fish in sauce and your subtly spicy dishes.

With cheese, it goes perfectly with goat’s cheese and blue-veined cheeses: Fourme d’Ambert, Bleu des Causses… Or even an old Comté cheese.

Available in bottle or magnum.
